Her mother's baking prowess inspired Nani from a young age, and her mother always made sure Nani had the most incredible birthday cakes.

After graduating from the prestigious San Francisco Culinary Academy, Chef Nani embarked on a journey to work for some of the most renowned culinary establishments. From the iconic Domaine Chandon to the legendary Delessio bakery, Chef Nani honed her skills under the guidance of industry veterans. Her exceptional talent eventually led her to become the Executive Pastry Chef at the celebrated Ozumo and the Pastry Chef at Pomella, among other notable positions.

Today, Chef Nani is focused on fulfilling her lifelong dream of running her own bakery - Brown Butter Bakery. With her vast experience, unwavering dedication, and boundless creativity, she is pouring her heart and soul into creating the most delectable baked goods that will leave your taste buds wanting more.
